According to the information, the Kanpur Development Authority will launch its new residential plots scheme for year 2016 and around 689 will be offered under the scheme. The plots will be available in the prime location of Sector-8 & 10 Jawaharpuram, Kanpur.

According to the information, the authority will offer plots in the area of 17 hectare and the plots will be in the sizes of 200 square meter, 112 square meter and 60 square meter. Most of the plots around 389 will be available in the size of 60 square meter and the remaining will be of 112 square meter and 200 square meter sizes.

On the development work of KDA Jawaharpuram Yojana, the authority will spend around 14 crore. Under the upcoming scheme, the facilities like water, road and street light will be provided by the authority. The layout plan and the other paper work has been completed for the upcoming scheme and a blue print has also been created by the authority for acquired land in sector-10 and 12 in Jawaharpuram.

From the upcoming scheme, the authority will get a profit of 150 flats. In the information, it was mentioned that the registration for the scheme will be started in the month of April, while there is no any update in this regard and the the website of Kanpur Development Authority is in maintenance from last few weeks.

These flats will be available in the location including Sewri, Worli, Dadar and Lalbaug. As per the information, 1430 flats will be available in Worli, 250 in Lalbagh, 188 in Worli Naka and 157 in Sewri. These flats will cover an area of 6,54,000 square feet in Mumbai.

The authority has not officially launched the MHADA Will Worker Lottery 2016. It is expected that the applications and registration for MHADA lottery 2016 for mill workers in Mumbai region will be rolled out in the end of May 2016.

In MHADA Second Lottery 2016, the size of flat will be 320 square feet which would be available at the cost of Rs. 6 lakh.

According to the source, Mumbai Board of Maharashtra will soon launch its lottery for the allotment around 1100 flats in Mumbai. These flats will be available in Sion, Dahisar, Mulund, Goregaon and Chembur etc. The source said that the application for flats in the second lottery will be offered in the month of April but still the authority has not made any notification regarding to the second MHADA lottery 2016.

However, MHADA has allotted around 4275 flats in the earlier lottery launched in the month of January. These flats were offered in Virar, Thane, Mira Road, Vengurla and MHADA got 1.25 lakh applications for MHADA Lottery by Konkan Board. Of total application, 2500 applications were rejected due many reasons such incomplete details, photograph etc. The applications in the last lottery were offered through online mode from 13 January to 9 February 2016.

The registration process for the upcoming lottery will be same similar to the last lottery. After collecting application, the lottery draw will be made by MHADA on 31st May 2016. MHADA will provide a sufficient time period for online application for MHADA Lottery 2016 in Mumbai.

It is the first time when the MHADA is going to launch its second lottery in the single year. The announcement of two lottery for 2016 was made in 2015 in the last months. The applicants who lost the first chance to buy a flat in MHADA lottery, can grab the second chance for an affordable home in Mumbai.

Gandhi Road Yojana New Housing Scheme 2016 by Gwalior Development Authority

Gandhi Road Yojana: Gwalior Development Authority has launched a new housing scheme 2016 under Gandhi Road Yojana at Bhausaheb Potnis Enclave Phase-2. The GDA Gwalior invites applications from higher income group and medium income group for the allotment of flats in the scheme.

Under the scheme, the authority has offering 79 units of 2BHK and 3BHK flats to MIG and HIG category of the society. The flats under the scheme are located in Bhausaheb Potnis Enclave Phase-2 in Gwalior.

The size of 2BHK flats available in the scheme is around 74.99 square meter and the 3BHK units is available in the size of 102.94 square meter. The cost of MIG units is around Rs. 28,26,000/- and the estimated cost of HIG flat is around Rs. 39,60,000/-.

The registration for the scheme has been started from 12 April and the interested applicants can apply for flats in the scheme till 30 June 2016.

Application Procedure: The authority has offering these flats through offline mode of registration in the registration period from 12 April to 30 June 2016. Application form for the same can be collected from the bank branches of Mehendra Bank City Centre at the cost of Rs. 1000/-.

Chandigarh Housing board New Housing Scheme 2016 at Sector-51A

Chandigarh Housing Board has launched a new housing scheme 2016 for the allotment of 200 flats at Sector-51A. It is the most awaited scheme of CHB offering flats for all segments of the society.The registration for CHB New Housing scheme has been started from 1 April 2016 and the last date of application submission is 7 May 2016.

Flats in the scheme are being offered by CHB under two schemes, general public scheme and assured allotment scheme. CHB new flat scheme has offering 2BHK flat with drawing, dinning, kitchen, two bedoom with attached toilet. A single flat in CHB new scheme 2016 is cost around Rs. 69 lakh.

Interested applicants can apply for this ambitious scheme of CHB through offline mode of registration by purchasing the application form from the authorized bank branches. Completed filled applications form in all respects to be submitted in the same bank branches along with the registration amount of 10% of total cost of flats and the remaining 90% amount will have to paid by the applicant within the 90 days from the issuing of allotment letter. Besides, Rs. 50,000 also be to submitted at the time of possession in the account of Residential Welfare Association.
