PMAY Jaipur 2017 - Apply for Demand Survey Application Form

For Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Jaipur 2017, Yashi Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd has started a demand survey for collecting the data of eligible people. The PMAY demand survey application form will be opened till May 10, 2017.

In order to avoid deprived of any eligible benefit, the Municipal Council will fix deadlines for submission of application in the office. • The financial family income of the weaker family will be up to Rs. 3 lakh.
• The annual income of the family of the lower income group can be from 3 lakh to 6 lakh rupees.
• Beneficiary by whom the loan is to be taken from the bank, it is necessary to attach a copy of the lease issued by the local body of the plot / house (eligible only for bank loan).
• Applicant must have Aadhar card and bank account.

Uttar Pradesh Free Housing Scheme

UP government wants that no poor people should be 'without roof'. Residents of slum dwellers in urban areas are rehabilitated. Since the poor who do not have enough money to eat properly, it is impossible to raise money for the home, so the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has decided to provide free accommodation to such poor people.

On the initiative of Yogi, who is also taking charge of the Housing Minister along with the Chief Minister, the departmental officers have gathered in preparing proposals regarding providing free housing for poor. Additional Chief Secretary of Housing and Urban Planning Department Sadakant said that in view of the housing schemes of the poor in the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, a new scheme will be started soon in the state. In this regard, a meeting of all the development authorities, Vice-Chancellor and Commissioner of Housing has been convened on April 25. According to sources, Uttar Pradesh Free Housing Scheme for the poor will be in the name of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay.

Sadakant told that accommodation will be made cheap in the low income category along with free housing for the poor. It is worth mentioning that the Prime Minister's housing scheme is already underway to provide affordable accommodation to all by 2022 under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Under the PMAY Uttar Pradesh, the central government providing a grant of Rs 1.5 lakh and a one lakh rupees for housing for EWS (poor income group). Similarly, a home loan for housing upto Rs. 6.0 lakh is also being provided at the rate of 6.5 percent interest for constructing new house and for repairing the old one.

Garib Kalyan Card (Poor Welfare Card) for Free Housing Scheme
According to the promise made by the BJP through the resolution letter in the Assembly elections, Poor Welfare Cards will be created to give benefit to the poor all the welfare schemes. The selection of poor for the free house under Free Housing Scheme will also be made on basis of the poor welfare card. प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना चंडीगड़ मे फ्लैट्स के लिए अब तक 45,500 आवेदन

शहर में हाउसिंग फॉर ऑल के तहत मंगलवार से ई संपर्क सेंटरों में भी फ्लैट्स के लिए आवेदन फार्म जमा होने से सीएचबी कार्यालय में भीड़ कुछ कम हुई है। वहीं अभी भीड़ को और कम करने के लिए अब ई कियोस्क और ई ग्राम संपर्क सेंटर में भी डिमांड ड्राफ्ट के साथ मकान के लिए आवेदन लिए जाने का निर्णय मंगलवार को लिया गया।

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना चंडीगड़

यहां पर आवेदन फार्म का शुल्क 20 रुपये लिया जाएगा। सीएचबी चेयरमैन मनिंदर बैंस का कहना है कि मंगलवार तक 8500 आवेदन फार्म मैनुअली आ चुके हैं, जबकि 37 हजार लोग ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर चुके हैं। मंगलवार को 300 लोगों ने ई संपर्क सेंटर में आवेदन फार्म जमा करवाए।

5000 फार्म निशुल्क बांटे

सीएचबी कार्यालय ने भीड़ कम करने के लिए 5 हजार से ज्यादा फार्म निशुल्क भी बांट दिए हैं। शहर में 18 ई संपर्क सेंटर, 12 ई कियोस्क, 14 ई ग्राम संपर्क सेंटर हैं, जहां पर आकर लोग बुधवार से फार्म जमा करवा सकते हैं।

खोले अतिरिक काउंटर

सीएचबी अधिकारियों को पता चला था कि कुछ लोग गरीब लोगों को गुमराह करके उनके फार्म भरने के 50 से 100 रुपये तक चार्ज कर रहे हैं। इसलिए सीएचबी ने कार्यालय में अतिरिक्त काउंटर बनाए, जहां पर सिर्फ लोगों के फार्म भरे और चेक ही किए जाते हैं।

सीएचबी के चेयरमैन ने यह भी आदेश जारी किए हैं कि जो भी फार्म जमा करवाने के लिए आए, उसका फार्म हर हालत में लिया जाए। शाम 5 बजे कार्यालय बंद होने की पाबंदी हटा दी गई है।

मोदी सरकार द्वारा पूरे राजस्थान में गांव-गांव तक सड़क बनाने के वादे के बाद अब गरीबों को आशियाना देने हेतु प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के लिए 8 हजार करोड़ रु. खर्च किए जाने ऐलान हुआ है। प्रदेश सरकार के साथ इस योजना में 3 साल तक लक्ष्यों की पूर्ति पर कदम बढ़ाया गया है।

PM Awas Yojana Rajasthan- यहां सरकार 8 हजार करोड़ रु. से अधिक राशि खर्च करेगी

अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, प्रदेश के ग्रामीण इलाकों में बेघर गरीबों को आशियाना देने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत 6.75 लाख मकान बनाए जाएंगे। इस काम पर सरकार आठ हजार करोड़ रुपए से अधिक राशि खर्च करेगी। योजना में तीन साल तक लक्ष्यों की पूर्ति के लिए राज्य सरकार ने इस राशि का अनुमान लगाया है।


यह राशि केन्द्र और राज्य दोनों की साझेदारी से जुटाई जाएगी, जिसमें साठ प्रतिशत हिस्सा केन्द्र देगा, जबकि 40 प्रतिशत की भागीदारी राज्य को निभानी पड़ेगी।

PMAY Rajasthan सीएम ने की थी ये घोषणा:

हाल ही 18 मार्च को मुख्यमंत्री ने बांसवाड़ा में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना की शुरुआत की थी। इसके तहत वित्तीय वर्ष 2018-19 तक प्रदेश में 6.75 लाख आवास बनाए जाने हैं ।

ऐसे होगी साझेदारी:

कुल तीन साल के लक्ष्यों के लिए सरकार ने 8425 करोड़ रुपए के खर्च का आकलन किया है। इसमें से केन्द्र 5055 करोड़ रुपए का अंश देगा, जबकि तीन हजार करोड़ से अधिक की भागीदारी राज्य की होगी। पहले साल के लक्ष्यों के लिए केन्द्र ने अपने हिस्से के करीब 1400 करोड़ में से पहली किस्त के तौर पर सात सौ करोड़ की राशि राज्य को दे दी है। राज्य को अब 31 मार्च तक अपने हिस्से के करीब 460 करोड़ रुपए देने हैं। इसके लिए ग्रामीण विकास विभाग ने प्रस्ताव वित्त विभाग को भेज दिए हैं।

50,000 Houses Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Delhi
