Chandigarh Housing Board has launched a new housing scheme 2016 for the allotment of 200 flats at Sector-51A. It is the most awaited scheme of CHB offering flats for all segments of the society.The registration for CHB New Housing scheme has been started from 1 April 2016 and the last date of application submission is 7 May 2016.

The authority has offering these flats through offline mode of registration in the registration period.
Flats in the scheme are being offered by CHB under two schemes, general public scheme and assured allotment scheme. Under sub-scheme-A the authority has offering 150 flats and in Sub-Scheme-B, 50 units are available for allotment under Assured Allotment Scheme and only first floor units are available allotment under the Sub-Scheme-B.
CHB new flat scheme has offering 2BHK flat with drawing, dinning, kitchen, two bedoom with attached toilet. A single flat in CHB new scheme 2016 is cost around Rs. 69 lakh.
Interested applicants can apply for this ambitious scheme of CHB through offline mode of registration by purchasing the application form from the authorized bank branches. Completed filled applications form in all respects to be submitted in the same bank branches along with the registration amount of 10% of total cost of flats and the remaining 90% amount will have to paid by the applicant within the 90 days from the issuing of allotment letter. Besides, Rs. 50,000 also be to submitted at the time of possession in the account of Residential Welfare Association.
Interested applicants can purchase the application form from these bank branches by paying the cost of application form.
