Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA): BDA Bhubaneswar is a development agency which was established under the Act’ 1982 of Orissa Government. The purpose of establishment of BDA Bhubaneswar was to provide a better city to the residents with housing schemes & projects of houses, flats and plots.
