KDA Kanpur New Plot Scheme 2016

New plots scheme 2016 in KDA Kalpi Nagar Yojana offering five types of residential plots including Type-A, B, C, D and E. These housing units are being offered at the estimated rate of Rs. 22,800/- and this rate is applicable on all plots.

The size of Type-A plot is 162.00 square meter; 112.50 square meter for Type-B, 72.00 square meter for Type-C; 50.00 square meter for Type-D and 30.00 square meter for Type-E. These housing units can be registered at the registration amount of around 10% of tentative cost of plot.

Process of Registering Plot in KDA Scheme 2016

Application forms and brochure can be collected from HDFC bank branches located in Kanpur by paying the cost of Rs. 1050/- for Type-A, and Type-B plots and Rs. 525/- for Type-C, D and E.

Completely filled application form along with registration amount which is around 10% of tentative cost to be submitted in the HDFC bank branches of Kanpur before the last date. Last date of application submission is 20 November 2016.
