UIT Bikaner Jorbeer Housing Scheme 2017 for 500 Residential Plots

UIT Bikaner Jorbeer Housing Scheme 2017 has been launched by Urban Improvement Trust Bikaner for the sale of 500 residential plots. The allotment of residential plots in Jorbeer Awasiya Yojana will be done through lottery draw result. In jorbeer housing scheme, UIT Bikaner has offering total of 2,732  residential plots which would be allotted through draw of lots and auction.

Registration Process:

The cost of application form is Rs. 500/- can be collected from associated banks of Punjab National Bank (PNB) and all bank branches of Bikaner section & office of Urban Improvement Trust by paying the amount. Application money or registration amount to be paid via Challan / demand draft in favor of Secretary, Urban Improvement Trust Bikaner, along with application form till 5 pm (evening) on 6 July 2017. And it is necessary to mention the information such as name & category of applicant, application form number at backside of DD.
