UPAVP Shakumbhari Vihar Housing Scheme 2016 in Saharanpur

UPAVP Shakumbhari Vihar Awas Yojana 2016: Awas Vikas Parishad of Uttar Pradesh launched Shakumbhari Vihar Awasiya Yojana for the allotment of 300 flats. The project is located at Sector-2A, Delhi-Saharanpur Road, Saharanpur. The new scheme has offering two types of flats including F-70 and F-45 for the allotment through offline mode of registration from 14 September to 2 November 2016.

UPAVP Shakumbhari Vihar Housing Scheme 2016

Shakumbhari Vihar Awas Yojana is a new housing scheme of UPAVP comprises of 368 flats for all segment of the society. The size of flats in the scheme is 69.71 square meter and 44.97 square meter for F-70 and F-45 respectively. The cost of flats varies in between Rs. 13.50 lakh to Rs. 24.35 lakh.

Procedure for Filling Application Form:

Brochure along with application form can be purchased from UP Awas Vikar Parishad, 104, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Lucknow or from authorized bank branches by paying Rs. 300/- as a cost of application form. Completely filled application form along with the registration amount to be submitted in the same bank branches on or before 2 November 2016.

Registration is open for flats in the scheme will be closed on 2 November 2016.
