MHADA Lottery 2016 for Mill Workers in Mumbai Region

MHADA will soon come up with an opportunity of buying a houses in Mumbai for Mill Workers. This would be the second lottery of MHADA in year 2016. It is the first time when the authority has taken a decision to launch a second lottery in a single year.

According to the new information, MHADA will launch a lottery in Mumbai for 2037 flats and mostly flats would be available for mill workers.

These flats will be available in the location including Sewri, Worli, Dadar and Lalbaug. As per the information, 1430 flats will be available in Worli, 250 in Lalbagh, 188 in Worli Naka and 157 in Sewri. These flats will cover an area of 6,54,000 square feet in Mumbai.

The authority has not officially launched the MHADA Will Worker Lottery 2016. It is expected that the applications and registration for MHADA lottery 2016 for mill workers in Mumbai region will be rolled out in the end of May 2016.

In MHADA Second Lottery 2016, the size of flat will be 320 square feet which would be available at the cost of Rs. 6 lakh.
