With the support of Swiss Development Corporation (SDC) and Building Energy Efficiency Project (BEEP), RMC is constructing the project Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

Union minister for power, coal and new and renewable energy Piyush Goel awarded the certification to municipal commissioner Banchhanidhi Pani at the three-day international conference on 'Energy Efficient Building Design: Experience and Way Forward' in New Delhi.

Municipal Commissioner Banchhanidhi Pani, said that under Smart Ghar (3) housing project, RMC is building 1,176 housing units using green technology design. We will incorporate suggestions for green buildings in our public housing schemes which will improve shading and ventilation for better thermal management and a slight change in the orientation of the building. While the former will be achieved by installing externally shaded and partially glazed casement windows, the latter will be made possible by applying a system of fins and shafts connected to each dwelling unit. Additionally, cavity walls over western facade of the site layout will ensure cutting down of heat gain from harsh evening sun.

Further he also added that we are also trying to tie up with BEE to supply subsidized fixtures for economically weaker section of society. To impa-rt greater push towards energy efficiency, buildings will connect all common services like, street lights, lifts, water pumps and other common utilities with solar power.

UIT Udaipur has announced a date for conducting a lottery draw of UIT Udaipur Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana 2015 for assigning a housing units to the registered applicants of the scheme.

A lottery program for EWS category will be conducted on 1 December for the allotment of 640 (G+3) flats and the second lottery program will be conducted on 2 December for assigning the housing units to LIG category for which 512 (G+3) flats were offered.

PM Awas Yojana UP: 11299 Beneficiaries List Selected from Baranbanki

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana UP: PMAY-Urban in UP list of beneficiaries from Barabanki has be announced by the government. Online Registration for PM Awas Yojana in UP were started earlier months for which selected list of beneficiary has been announced for single district Barabanki.

PM Awas Yojana Barabanki List of selected people will get a central assistance under the scheme for constructing their house. The document of these beneficiaries for taking benefits of the scheme has been approved by the government.

According to information, the amount for constructing houses under PM Awas Yojana is expected to be distributed till December 2016. Besides this, the central government will also provide a wages to the beneficiaries for constructing their houses. Ana mount of Rs. 1.2 lakh will be given for constructing house under PM Awas Yojana in UP and for constructing a toilet in their houses, an amount of Rs. 12,000 will also be provided by the government.

प्रधानमंत्री आवासीय योजना बांसवाड़ा राजस्थान में नगर परिषद् ने आवेदको के लिए शिविर का प्रबंध दिया ताकि लोगो को प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना राजस्थान के तहत घरो के लिए आसानी से आवेदन किए जा सके.

नगरपरिषद की ओर से वार्ड नंबर 11 से 15 तक प्रधानमंत्री आवासीय योजना के तहत बाहुबली कॉलोनी के मोड पर पशुपालन विभाग के परिसर में शिविर लगाया गया था। इस शिविर में एक साथ 5 वार्डों के लोगों से आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए है।

एक से ज्यादा वार्ड होने की वजह से आवेदन करने वालों की भीड़ लग गई और सुविधाएं मौके पर मिली नहीं। ऐसा माहौल देख उपसभापति महावीर बोहरा भी एक बार तो भड़क गए। उन्होंने काम करने वाले एजीओ के कर्मचारियों को भी फटकार लगाई, तो परिषद में इस काम को देखने वाले अधिकारी और कर्मचारियों से भी बदइंतजामी पर सवाल दागे। हालांकि उपसभापति के आक्रोश काे देखते हुए दोपहर बाद काफी हद तक व्यवस्थाएं सुधारने का दावा किया गया। दरअसल प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत शहरी क्षेत्रों में शिविर लगाए जा रहे है। परिषद ने एक साथ 5 - 5 वार्डों के लोगों के लिए शिविर एक ही जगह पर लगाया, जबकि प्रत्येक वार्ड के लिए अलग अलग व्यवस्थाएं मौके पर नहीं की गई। इसी वजह से शिविर स्थल पर जहां असंतोष उपजा, साथ ही लोगाें को भी काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा। वार्ड संख्या 11 से लेकर 15 तक 600 आवेदन अब तक जमा हुए है। शुक्रवार को शाम करीब साढ़े 5 बजे तक 350 आवेदन जमा कराए गए है।

खास बात तो यह थी कि शिविर स्थल पर आवेदन करने आने वाले लोगों को पानी पीने की सुविधा नहीं थी, तो ही आवेदन लेने वाले आवश्यकतानुसार संख्या में कर्मचारी मौजूद थे। शिविर स्थल पर जहां लोगाें की भीड़ बढ़ गई, तो भीड़ को देखते हुए आवेदन लेने वाले और जांच करने वाले कर्मचारियों की संख्या बढ़ानी थी, परंतु ऐसा नहीं हुआ। जिसके चलते काफी लोगों में नाराजगी बढ़ गई। आखिर मौके पर उपसभापति महावीर बोहरा पहुंचे और उन्होंने हालात संभालते हुए स्वयं ने आवेदन जांच करने का काम किया।

पशुपालन विभाग कार्यालय परिसर में आवेदनों की जांच करते उपसभापति महावीर बोहरा और आवास योजना के लिए आवेदन जमा कराने कतार में लगी महिलाएं।

(CLSS) Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme Application Forms - Eligibility Criteria | CLSS Subsidy Scheme | Guidelines under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana

Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) is scheme to expand the flow of housing across the nations for needy urban people like EWS/LIG who are unable to buy or to construction house at their own. Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme will help them to construct a new house or repairing their old one.

Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS)

Under CLSS-PMAY, beneficiaries from EWS (Economical Weaker Section, LIG (Lower Income Group) will be able to get housing loan from Banks, Housing Finance Companies and other Financing Institutions. And the housing loan will be provided at the interest subsidy rate of 6.5 percent for a tenure of 15 years or a lower period.

The Net Present Value (NPV) of the interest subsidy will be calculated at a discount rate of 9 %.
CLSS-PMAY (Credit Linked Subsidy) will only be available on the loan amount of upto Rs. 6.0 lakh and bigger loans extended from amount Rs. 6.0 lakh will not be subsidized under the scheme.

The interest subsidy of credited amount will be directed transferred to the loan account through lending institutions which will further help in reducing effectiveness of housing loan and Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI).

Beneficiary can avail the benefits of Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme by taking a home loans for addition of rooms, kitchen, toilet etc. to existing houses and for increasing the area of their housing and acquiring a new house.

Under Credit Linked Subsidy, the carpet area of houses being constructed under the CLSS component of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana should be upto 30 square meter for EWS category and 60 square meter for LIG category, only then the beneficiary will be able to get benefit of subsidy under CLSS.

The beneficiary, at his/her discretion, can build a house of larger area but interest subvention would be limited to first Rs. 6 lakh only.

Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) and National Housing Bank (NHB) are selected as the Central Nodal Agencies (CNAs) to channelize this subsidy to the lending institutions and for monitoring the complete progress of the component. Ministry may notify other institutions as CNA in future.

Under the Mission, beneficiaries can take advantage under one component only.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban- 1,97,402 Houses for 7 States

(PMAY) Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban: Central Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation department has approved 1,97,402 houses for Punjab Rajasthan, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Meghalaya under PMAY-Urban.

According to the source, the government has approved around 12.83.616 houses PM Awas Yojana-Urban while in the last government only 12,40,968 houses were approved from 2005 to 2014.

The housing minister, M. Venkaiah Naidu said that the government has approved an amount of Rs. 7,309 crore for the construction 1,93,402 houses in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab Rajasthan and Meghalaya.

Total 12,83,616 houses has been approved for 32 state and union territories for which a worth of Rs. 70,145 crore has been approved. Apart from this he added that Andaman Nicobar and Dweep Samuh and Daman and Dweep has not send their applications for the scheme.

There is a 25 percent shortage of housing in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, but the state government has not proposed any plan for affordable houses. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has provided a benefit to 8409 people in Uttar Pradesh and 92 People in Delhi under the scheme.

As per the information, the government has allocated an amount of Rs. 70.145 crore for the implementation of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban in 4041 cities and slum area.

Further he added that the implementation of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is in the progressive levels in Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and West Bengal.

The proposal for DDA’s latest scheme is going to be discussed in the authority’s meeting scheduled to be held on Friday. The announcement was expected last week but the authority’s meeting was cancelled.

The source informed that almost all the ground work for the scheme is already done and once the proposal is approved in the meeting, we will be able to announce its launch date.
According to sources in DDA, the scheme is likely to be launched by the end of November or in December.

Though DDA officials are tight-lipped about the agenda to be discussed on Friday, sources said that the new scheme contains plans to do away with the five-year lock-in period clause, which was introduced in the 2014 housing scheme. According to the clause, an allottee of a housing scheme flat cannot sell it for five years from the date of possession. The clause was introduced to ensure that only genuine buyers apply. It is not uncommon for successful applicants to sell off their flats right after taking possession and sometimes, after the allotment itself.

DDA Scheme 2016 for 12,000 Flats

The scheme to offer around 12,000 housing units and most of which are 1BHK. These flats are located in the area like Rohini, Dwarka, Narela, Vasant Kunj and Jasola.
Out of total, 10,000 are surrendered flats of DDA 2014 scheme, while 2,000 are other flats that have been lying vacant.

Online Application Process:

For the first time, DDA plans to make the entire process online, from buying the brochure to payments for the flats. Source said this was being done to avoid long queues outside the DDA headquarters and for enhanced transparency.

DDA has also planned to hike the registration fee to Rs. 1.5 lakh for lower income group category and Rs. 5 lakh for the middle income group category. This is a steep hike from the earlier registration fee, which was Rs. 1 lakh.

DDA’s housing scheme, 2014 offered 25,040 flats across categories, with prices between Rs.7 lakh and Rs.1.2 crore. The DDA had received over 10 lakh applications then.

Udaipur Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana 2015 is December 1 for EWS Flats and December 2nd for LIG flats.

In this regard, UIT published a notification for informing the applicant who had registered for the scheme. The lottery draw will be conducted for 512 (G+3) EWS flats and 640 (G+3) LIG flats.

Registrations for these flats were opened from 26 June to 19 July 2016.

Application to be submitted in Axis Bank branches along with earnest money of 10% of estimated cost. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - List of Cities Selected under PMAY

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - List of Cities Selected: The government of India has selected 2508 cities from 26 states and territories under PM Awas Yojana. Under Prime Minister Housing Scheme, the central government has set a target to provide more than 2 crore houses by the end of year 2022.

The benefits of PMAY will be given to urban poor and people belonging to EWS (economical weaker section)/LIG (lower income group) categories.

Uttar Pradesh in on the top of the table in the list of cities selected for affordable housing under Pradhan Mantri Housing Scheme with 628 cities. On the other side, Haryana and Sikkim are the bottom with 9 and 8 cities for PMAY respectively. Of total 2508 cities, 428 are class 1 cities of 26 states/UTs.
