In this scheme, the authority has offering 1BHK and 2BHK flats for EWS, SC/CT and other categories of the society.

The registrations for allotment of these flats will start from 28 November 2016 from that day the sale of application will start. The flats will be allotted as per the BDA (Allotment of Sites) Rules 1984.

How to Register for BDA Housing Scheme 2016

• For the allotment of flats, application form will be available in the associated bank branches and the list of bank branches is mentioned scheme advertisement (BDA offices will not issue any application forms.).
• Eligible applicants should register their names by paying the above-specified registration fees at the designated banks. They should retain the registration slip safely and return it to BDA upon allotment. Those who have already registered their names for allotment of flats need not register again. The old registration card can be used to buy and submit the application.
• Duly filled-in application form with registration card along with the initial deposit as mentioned above should be submitted to the same branch where the registration was done and the acknowledgment should be kept with them.
• Initial deposit should be in the form of a crossed DD/Banker's Cheque or Pay Order drawn in favour of Commissioner, BDA, Bangalore.
