JDA Jodhpur may launch a new housing scheme for plots in Mokalwas Jodhpur under JDA Awas Yojana 2016-17. In JDA Jodhpur upcoming scheme, around 5000 plots would be available for allotment. These plots would be available at the prime location of Jaisalmer Road, Mokalwas Jodhpur.

According to the news, this would be one of biggest housing schemes of JDA. Last bigger housing scheme was launched in Vivek Vihar Awasiya Yojana for 11,713 plots.
As the news informed, the JDA Jodhpur new scheme 2016 would be launched in the start of 2017.
Regarding to the launch of the scheme, JDA Jodhpur official Mahendra Pratap Rathor organized a meeting with all JDA official to finalize the project.
It is the third Awas Yojana of JDA Jodhpur planned to launch at Jaisalmer Road. Two schemes are already situate named as Arna Vihar and Jharna Vihar Awasiya Yojana.
In JDA Jodhpur upcoming scheme, plots would be available for all categories. The scheme would be launched with farm houses, Villas, Bungalow and small size plots.
