The draft brochure of DDA Housing Scheme 2017 has formulated by Delhi Development Authority, would be available soon the banks and in DDA offices from the launch date of DDA Flat scheme 2017. The launch date and last date of DDA Housing Scheme 2017 could be announced in the upcoming officials meetings of DDA with LG.

DDA Flat Scheme 2017

DDA 2017 flat booking would be available for over 13000 flats and the application could be accepted through both online application and offline application mode. And the categories including, lower income group, middle income group, economical weaker section, and higher income group would be allowed to register for flat in the scheme.

Flats in DDA housing scheme 2017 would be available in various locations including, Sukhdev Vihar. Sarita Vihar. Dwarka. Pitampura. Dilshad Garden. Narela. Rohini. Jahangirpuri. Loknayakpuram. Jasola. Paschim Vihar. Bindapur and Mukherjee Nagar.

Online Applications
The booking of homes in DDA flat scheme 2017 would be available online and offline. And online application would be received through dda official website at dda.org.in and for offline registration and payments or registration amount would be available in the banks associated with DDA for the scheme and list of banks is available in link here.

DDA Housing Scheme 2017 Launch Date Not Decided Yet

DDA Housing Scheme 2017 Online Application form and registration process may get a short delay of months. And the reasons behind this is the slow development of parks, water supply, and shopping complexes.

Registration and Online Applications for DDA Housing Scheme 2017 was proposed for around 26 January 2017 but now it is officially informed by the source, the launch of DDA flat scheme 2016-17 may rolled in February or March.

Flats in upcoming and new housing scheme of DDA for 2017 will be available in Sarita Vihar, Jasola, Dwarka, Pitampura, Sukhdev Vihar, Narela, Rohini, Jahangirpuri, Loknayakpuram, Dilshad Garden, Paschim Vihar, Bindapur and Mukherjee Nagar.

“It may be delayed further for a month,” said an official. But he added that weekly meetings are being convened to keep a check on redevelopment work going on in various housing complexes to attract prospective buyers.

“We are monitoring each and every development. Nothing has been finalised yet. Status is checked in weekly meetings. Priority is to remove anomalies. Only then will we launch the scheme,” said DDA vice-chairman Udai Pratap Singh.

DDA Flats Online Booking 2016 to be Started in January 2017

Delhi Development Authority has announced DDA Flat Scheme 2016 for 13148 flats. For DDA scheme, online booking applications and registration, sale of brochure etc. may be started in the end of December 2016 or in the starts of January 2016.

The authority has announced DDA flat scheme 2016-17 on 18 November 2016 after the long meeting of officials. The main agenda of this meeting was approval of DDA Housing Scheme 2016. However the official not announced a period for the booking of flats in DDA Scheme.

DDA Flats Details

This time DDA has offering five types of flats for different categories including, LIG, MIG and HIG etc. The type of flats which are included in DDA Scheme 2016 are EHS flats, Janta flats, LIG flats, MIG flats and HIG flats.

Majority of these flats are old which were vacant or surrendered by allottees of 2014 scheme.

In this scheme, no new flat is added for booking. All are earlier constructed flats which are situated in Sarita Vihar, Narela, Rohini, Jahangirpuri, Jasola, Dwarka, Dilshad Garden, Pitampura, Sukhdev Vihar, Mukherjee Nagar, Loknayakpuram, Paschim Vihar and Bindapur.

Online Booking of DDA Flat 2016-17

DDA Official has not declared the date of online booking and registration or application for dda flats. As per the news published in a newspaper, the online booking of DDA flats may be opened in the end of December month or in the start of January 2017.

Money to be deposited for DDA Flats/Registration Amount

When the registrations for DDA Flat scheme starts, the home seeker who are willing to book a flat in DDA Flat Scheme 2016, will have to submit an amount of Rs. 1 lakh for LIG, Janta, and EHS flats and Rs. 2 lakh for MIG and HIG flats.

The source said that a meeting to be held on today and DDA Scheme is the main agenda of the meeting on today 18 November 2016.

The proposal for DDA’s latest scheme is going to be discussed in the authority’s meeting scheduled to be held on Friday. The announcement was expected last week but the authority’s meeting was cancelled.

The source informed that almost all the ground work for the scheme is already done and once the proposal is approved in the meeting, we will be able to announce its launch date.
According to sources in DDA, the scheme is likely to be launched by the end of November or in December.

Though DDA officials are tight-lipped about the agenda to be discussed on Friday, sources said that the new scheme contains plans to do away with the five-year lock-in period clause, which was introduced in the 2014 housing scheme. According to the clause, an allottee of a housing scheme flat cannot sell it for five years from the date of possession. The clause was introduced to ensure that only genuine buyers apply. It is not uncommon for successful applicants to sell off their flats right after taking possession and sometimes, after the allotment itself.

DDA Scheme 2016 for 12,000 Flats

The scheme to offer around 12,000 housing units and most of which are 1BHK. These flats are located in the area like Rohini, Dwarka, Narela, Vasant Kunj and Jasola.
Out of total, 10,000 are surrendered flats of DDA 2014 scheme, while 2,000 are other flats that have been lying vacant.

Online Application Process:

For the first time, DDA plans to make the entire process online, from buying the brochure to payments for the flats. Source said this was being done to avoid long queues outside the DDA headquarters and for enhanced transparency.

DDA has also planned to hike the registration fee to Rs. 1.5 lakh for lower income group category and Rs. 5 lakh for the middle income group category. This is a steep hike from the earlier registration fee, which was Rs. 1 lakh.

DDA’s housing scheme, 2014 offered 25,040 flats across categories, with prices between Rs.7 lakh and Rs.1.2 crore. The DDA had received over 10 lakh applications then.
