Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Assam online application form can be filled through the newly launched portal pmayuassam.in. For accepting online forms for PMAY-Assam, Assam government launched this website.

To fill the online form of PM Awas Yojana in Assam, follow the instruction given below:

• Go to official website of PMAY-U Assam at pmayuassam.in
• Take a look on the menu and find e-services
• Now choose one option as per you category and eligiblity.
• Apply for Slum Dwellers
• Apply for Other Three Components. 
• The three components are 1. Credit Linked Subsidy, 2. Affordable Housing in Partnership 2. Beneficiary-led Individual House Construction.
• When you click on the above menus you will be redirected to official website of PMAY-Urban at pmaymis.gov.in. 
• Now fill all the mandatory information required to submit the PMAY-Urban Application For.

Format-A application form of PMAY-Urban is for EWS category and slum dwellers and the Format-B application  form is for other category including LIG. MIG-1. MIG-2, and the ineligible EWS applicants.
