PMAY-Delhi: Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Delhi, the development agency of capital known as DDA (Delhi Development Authority) will development around 50,000 EWS and LIG houses in seven locations including, Kalkaji, Jailorwala Bagh and Kathputli Colony, Narela, Vasant Kunj, Sultan Garhi and Dwarka.
The construction work of houses under PM Awas Yojana Delhi will be done by DDA which will be made available by the end of year 2018. Of total, more than 24,000 houses will be reserved for EWS category and remaining 25,000 will be available for LIG category.
To be eligible for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Delhi, the annual income of EWS family should not be more than Rs. 3.0 lakh while the family income of LIG category should be in between Rs. 3.0 lakh to 6.0 lakh.
As per the information published in the news, the cost of houses would be Rs. 15 lakh per unit and the subsidy would also be provided to the beneficiary of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Delhi.
