After a long wait a light of hope is blinking on the way for those who a looking for an affordable house in the DDA upcoming housing scheme 2016. According to the information received from the source, Delhi Development Authority plans to launch its most awaited housing scheme of the year 2016 in the month of July or August.
According to the news published earlier in a newspaper, the authority has scheduled to launch the scheme in the month of May, but due to the collection of data of flats of 2014 DDA scheme, the authority has delayed the launch of new scheme.
In the upcoming scheme, DDA will offer around 10,000 flats which was surrendered by allottees in DDA Housing scheme 2014. From that time, these plots are vacant and DDA has decided to include these flats in its upcoming scheme for 2016.
According to the source, the reason behind the surrender of these flats was the small size of flats and poor transport service. The best thing which is in favor of affordable house seeker is that the DDA will be offer these flats at older price. According to the source, the authority will not charge extra money for these flats.
According to DDA officials, flats price should be increased by ten times as the flats are two year old. But the authority is trying to balance the level of rate of surrendered flats so that people who are searching for low-cost houses can avail the benefits of this scheme.
In the upcoming scheme of DDA, the flats will be available in Narela, Rohini, and Dwaraka.
