Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has ready to launch new housing scheme along with industrial, commercial and institutional plots. The authority has published a notification in this regard.
The registrations and the sale of application form for new flat scheme 2016 and industrial, commercial and institutional plots will start from 6 June 2016.
The complete details of flats in new housing scheme 2016 and the details of Industrial Plots, Commercial Footprint Plots, Industrial Plots (Open-ended) Institutional Plots (Open-ended) will be available from 6 June 2016 on the official website of YEIDA at www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com.
The location of flats and their pricing details will be available in the scheme brochure. The brochure along with the application form will be available in the authorized bank branches at the cost of Rs. 1100/-.

The authority has offering residential flats along with Industrial Plots (up to 2000 sq. mtr.) , Commercial Footprint Plots, Industrial Plots ( above 2000 sq. mtr.) Open-ended and Institutional Plots (Open-ended) in the scheme.
