    Become a Bidder in the E-Auction

 The Payment Schedule for Allotted Plots

 10% Earnest Money: This initial payment needs to be made at the time you submit your application.

 15% Within 30 Days: This payment is due within 30 days of receiving the allotment letter.

 Remaining 75%: You have two options for the remaining amount:

 Lump Sum: Pay the entire 75% within 60 days of the allotment letter issuance, with no interest charges.

 Installments: Choose to pay in six annual installments with a 9% interest rate. The first installment is due after one year from the allotment letter date. Keep in mind, interest on the remaining amount starts from the date you get possession of the plot.

 Important Note: Late payments will incur an additional 11% annual interest.
