UIT new scheme has total 301 residential plots of which only 204 housing units are being offered for allotment.

Total seven size of residential plots are available for allotment in Swaran Jayanti Vistar Yojana. And the sizes are 113.84, 178.43, 218.02, 250.09, 286,33, 322.58 and 359.75 square meter. The majority of plot sizes is 113,84 square meter and 178.43 square meter.
