Once again, Bhubaneswar Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of flats in BDA Housing Project at Paikarapur-I. It is a new housing scheme of BDA Bhubaneswar and it is a second time when the authority has inviting applications for flats in BDA Paikarapur-I Housing Scheme 2016.

In the second phase of registration, only 120 flats are available for allotment for all segment of the society. In the earlier registration, most of 2BHK flats were allotted of which only 10 units were vacant which are being offered by the authority. Along with the 2BHK units 110 units of 1BHK types are also available for allotment which were left vacant in the last allotment.

Application Procedure: The registration of vacant flats in BDA Paikarapur-I Housing Project 2016 has been started from 27 June 2016 and interested applicants can apply for the scheme till 26 July 2016. Applicants can fill the application for flats in the scheme through both online and offline mode as per their convenience. For offline registration, application form can be purchased from authorized bank branches and for online registration, applicants can visit the official website of BDA Bhubaneswar at http://bdabbsr.in.

Eligibility Criteria for BDA Paikarapur-I Housing Project 2016:

• The applicant must be a citizen of India.
• The applicant must have registered on-line in the official website of BDA and have obtained Unique Account Number (UAN) after successful registration. KDA Ramganga Enclave Yojana on ‘Demand Survey’

KDA Ramganga Enclave Yojana: To measure the demand of housing units for middle income group of the society, the Kanpur Development Authority invites applications for KDA Ramganaga Enclave Yojana. In this scheme, the authority invites applications from middle income group for the allotment of flats in KDA Ramganga Enclave housing scheme on the basis of demand survey. It is a new housing scheme 2016 launched by KDA Kanpur to observe the demand of housing units on the basis of which the authority can construct housing units for fulfilling the demand.

The registration for KDA Ramganga Enclave Awasiya Yojana has been started from 17 June 2016 and the last date of application submission is 10 July 2016. The application cost for Type-I is Rs. 1,000/- + Rs. 50/- while for Type-II flats, the cost is Rs. 500/- + Rs. 25/-.

Allahabad Development Authority Mausam Vihar Awasiya Yojana 2016 for 147 Flats

Allahabad Development Authority has come up with another housing scheme for allotting 147 flats in Mausam Vihar Awasiya Yojana which is located near to Kalindipuram. It is ADA Allahabad new housing scheme 2016 in which the authority has offering multi-storey flats for different segment of the society.

Under ADA Allahabad Mausam Vihar Housing Scheme 2016, the authority has offering 2BHK and 3BHK flats at the price range of Rs. 33.60 lakh to Rs. 56.00 lakh.

• To Apply, Please click on the link “APPLY FOR LOTTERY". This will show you the information about all the Schemes available under the relevant income category.
• To Apply for a specific Scheme Code Please Click on "APPLICATION FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION FORM". For filling up the form, information like Scheme Code, Category, mode of payment etc will be required. Chief Officer (Marketing)/Mumbai Board, Room No. 240,1 stfloor, MHADAOffice, Grihnirman Bhavan, Kalanagar, Bandra (E), Mumbai - 400051 on or before 27/07/2016. Applications received after 27/07/2016 will not be considered for draw.
• Applicants paying the EMD through DD/Pay Order will have to Draw the Demand Draft of amount of EMD plus Rs. 300/- in the name of “AXIS BANK ACCOUNT MHADB 2016” payable at Mumbai and submit it along with the filled up printed application form to the nearest branch of the Axis Bank mentioned below from 24/06/2016 to 27/07/2016 during the Bank working Days and hours.
• Online Applications received before 14.00 Hrs. on 24/06/2016 or after 23.59 Hrs. on 25/07/2016 will not be considered for the lottery draw.
