Finally the wait is over, KDA Jawaharpuram housing scheme 2016 has been launched yesterday. Kanpur Development Authority has launched its most awaited scheme of 2016 for the allotment of residential plots. The scheme is named as KDA Jawaharpuram Yojana. It is a residential plot scheme of KDA.

Plots under the scheme are located at sector-8 and 12 Jawaharpuram Kanpur.
The registration for the scheme has been started from yesterday 2 May 2016 and the registration will be opened till 16 May 2016. Interested applicants can apply for the scheme till the last date of application submission.
The Jawahar Puram residential plot scheme comprising of three size of plots including, 200 square meter, 112.50 square meter and 60 square meter.
The price of plots available in the scheme is varies on their location. The residential plots under the scheme are located on three different location, 9 meter wide road, 9 to 18 meter wide road and above 18 meter wide road. The rate of plots is mentioned below:

In case of corner plots, the allottees will have to pay an extra amount of 10% of total cost of a plot.
The registration process of the scheme can be obtained from the office of Kanpur Development Authority.
