मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना हिमाचल प्रदेश 12,000 घरो के लिए

हिमाचल में चालू वित्त वर्ष में विभिन्न आवास योजनाओं के तहत 97 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 12,000 आवासों के निर्माण का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। इस वर्ष सामान्य वर्ग के गरीब परिवारों को उन्हें अपना आशियाना प्रदान करने के लिए ‘मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना’ शुरू की गई है।

इंदिरा और अटल आवास योजनाओं में सरकार की ओर से पूर्व में 48,500 रुपये की सहायता धनराशि प्रदान की जाती थी, जिसे बढ़ाकर अब 75,000 रुपये कर दिया गया है। इतनी ही राशि ‘मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना’ के तहत दी जा रही है। यह जानकारी सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क विभाग के निदेशक आरएस नेगी ने दी है।

उन्होंने कहा कि ‘मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना’ में सामान्य श्रेणी के बीपीएल परिवारों को मकान बनाने के लिए 75,000 रुपये की सहायता धनराशि प्रदान की जा रही है। चालू वित्त वर्ष के दौरान इस योजना के तहत 25 करोड़ की लागत से 1923 आवासों के निर्माण का लक्ष्य रखा गया है।

इंदिरा आवास योजना के तहत गत चार वर्षों में 108.37 करोड़ रुपये व्यय कर 13808 आवासों का निर्माण तथा राजीव आवास योजना के तहत 33 करोड़ रुपये व्यय कर 3363 मकानों का निर्माण कर जरूरतमंद परिवारों को आवास सुविधा तय बनाई गई।

योजना के अंतर्गत इस वर्ष 19.70 करोड़ रुपये व्यय कर 1515 आवासों का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। राजीव आवास योजना के तहत शिमला शहर के कृष्णानगर में 300 आवासों के निर्माण के लिए केंद्र सरकार से 33.99 करोड़ रुपये स्वीकृत किए गए हैं। योजना के तहत प्रथम किस्त के रूप में 10.67 करोड़ रुपये की राशि प्राप्त हुई है।

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (सभी का आवास) के प्रथम चरण में प्रदेश के 13 शहरी स्थानीय निकायों शिमला, सोलन, नाहन, बिलासपुर, हमीरपुर, ऊना, मंडी, कुल्लू, धर्मशाला, चंबा, परवाणु, बद्दी और नालागढ़ को शामिल किया गया है। प्रदेश के शेष 41 नगरों को प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के द्वितीय चरण में शामिल किया गया है।

हमीरपुर, शिमला, नाहन और धर्मशाला में शहरी बेघर लोगों के लिए रैन बसेरों का निर्माण कार्य शुरू किया जा चुका है। प्रदेश के दस जिला मुख्यालयों में 10 शहरी जीवन यापन केंद्र स्थापित किए गए हैं। विभिन्न आवास योजनाओं के अंतर्गत अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति और अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के परिवारों को योजनाओं के तहत पूर्व में प्रदान किए गए मकान की मरम्मत के लिए आवासीय उपदान 15,000 रुपये दिया जाता था।

इसे अब बढ़ाकर 25,000 रुपये कर दिया गया है। राजीव आवास मरम्मत योजना के तहत सामान्य श्रेणी के बीपीएल परिवारों को मकान की मरम्मत के लिए भी धनराशि प्रदान की जा रही है। इस वर्ष योजना के तहत 3 करोड़ रुपये कर 1200 घरों की मरम्मत करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। आवासहीन व्यक्तियों को शहरी क्षेत्रों में दो बिस्वा तथा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में तीन बिस्वा भूमि निशुल्क उपलब्ध करवाई जा रही है।
