HBH New Scheme 2016 for Defence Personnel & Paramilitary

Flats in the scheme are being constructed in nine storey building. And all the flats are situated in Sector-31 Panchkula. Registrations and application form sale for these housing units is not yet started and will start from 1 November 2016.

Two types of flats are being offered and both are 2BHK equipped with drawing room, 2-bedroom, kitchen, toilet, bath and W.C, store, front and side balcony. Type-A flat’s covered area is 720 square feet and for Type-B flat, it is 645 square feet.

The sale of application form and brochure will open on 1 November 2016. When HBH scheme will start, forms and brochure would be available in the associated bank branches and head offices of HBH located in Panchkula, Karnal, Rohtak, Faridabad and Gurgaon at the cost of Rs. 100/- only.

HBH Panchkula New Scheme 2016 Last Date extended for 31 January 2017: Housing Board Haryana extended the registration period for flats in HBH New Scheme 2016 at Sector-21 for Defence Personnel & Paramilitary from 31 December 2016 to 31 January 2017.

The flats in the scheme are in Sector-31 Panchkula and total 57 Type-A and 111 Type-B flats are for Ex-Defence Personnel & Paramilitary.
