GMADA Scheme 2016 at Mohali and New Chandigarh for Government Employees

GMADA new housing scheme 2016 has been launched Greater Mohali Area Development Authority at sector-66, 67 SAS, Nagar, Mohali and Sector-11, ECO City-II, New Chandigarh. This is a special kind of flat scheme Punjab government employees. Registration for flats in the scheme has been started from 18 October 2016 and the last date of applications submission is 18 November 2016.

GMADA New Housing Scheme 2016

GMADA has offering 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK flats which are available in four types. Majority of 1400 housing units are located in SAS Nagar Mohali and remaining 600 flats are available in Sector-11, Eco City-II, New Chandigarh.

Registration Process

Applications for flats can be filled through online and offline mode of registration within the registration period from 18 October to 18 November 2016. Application form and brochure can be obtained from Single Window Service Counter, PUDA Bhawan, Sector-62, SAS Nagar Mohali or from associated bank branches; HDFC Bank, IDBI Bank, Punjab State Co-operative Bank, Axis bank, ICICI Bank, Punjab National Bank.

The form and brochure can also downloaded from the GMADA website www.gmada.gov.in. After filing application, it should be submitted in the same bank branches along with application money (non-refundable) and earnest money (10% on tentative cost) in the form of DD in favor of Estate Officer, GMADA.
