GLADA invites applications for the allotment of freehold residential plots in Urban Estate, Mehar Singh Wala, Zira, Ferozepur. under GLADA New Plot Scheme 2016. Under the scheme the Greater Mohali Area Development has offering 118 freehold residential plots for all segment of the society. Registration for these housing units has also been started from 1 October 2016.

Registration Process:
Brochure along with application form, location map, layout plan an terms and conditions is available in the bank branches at Rs. 200/- and the list of bank branches is available in the scheme advertisement. After filling the application, the form should be submitted in the same bank branches along with earnest money in the form of crossed bank draft in favor of Estate Officer, GLADA Ferozepur, payable at state and city of respective bank branches.
