BDA Paikarapur-1 Housing Project 2016 in Bhubaneswar for 93 Flats

BDA Paikarapur-1 Housing Project 2016 is old housing scheme of Bhubaneswar Development Authority launched in the start on 2016. In this housing scheme the BDA Bhubaneswar invites application from public for the allotment of vacant 93 flats.

It the 3rd Phase of BDA Paikarapur-1 Housing Scheme 2016 in which only 93 flats are being offered by the authority. This time only 1BHK flats are available in Type-1 and Type-2 for allotment. The super area of Type-1 and Type-2 is 808 square feet and 804 square feet respectively. And the cost of Type-1 and Type-2 is Rs. 21.03 lakh and Rs. 20.92 lakh respectively.

Procedure of Booking Flats

Any person belongs to any category can book a flat in BDA Paikarapur-1 Project. For booking applications can be filled through online and offline. Before booking a flat in the scheme, the applicants have to create a Unique Account Number (UAN) by using the applicant can apply for flat.

Registrations has been started from 22 October 2016 and will be opened till 21 November 2016.
