Central Government Employees Welfare Housing Organization invites application from general public for the allotment of housing units on first cum first serve basis. These housing units are being offered on under Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS).
Total 54 dwelling are available for allotment under the scheme. A single units having a carpet area of 420 square feet and super build-up area of 575 square feet. The cost of single units is Rs. 19.55 lakh. This is the actual cost of a dwelling unit but through CLSS scheme, cost of a unit will become Rs 17.35 lakh.
Under the scheme, a beneficiary will get a subsidy of Rs. 2.2 lakh.
