Haryana Urban Development Authority launched new housing scheme 2016 for allotting 594 residential plots. These freehold residential plot are located in Sector-1 (Part), Pehowa (New Urban Estate); Sector-10 Bahadurgarh (Urban Estate); and Mandi Township Hathin.

HUDA has offering 334 freehold residential plot alone in Sector-1 (Part), Pehowa (New Urban Estate) for which registration has been started from 21 September 2016 and the last date of application submission is 21 October 2016.
HUDA Pehowa housing scheme 2016 comprises of 8 Units of 1 Kanal, 24 Units of 14 Marla, 56 Units of 10 Marla, 77 Units of 8 Marla, 129 Units of 6 Marla and 50 Units 4 Marla. These units are available at different rate mentioned below:

Registration for the scheme has been started from 21 September and the last date of application submission is 21 October 2016. Within the registration period, application can only be filled through online mode of registration from the official website of HUDA www.huda.gov.in. And Earnest Money for the same can be submitted in the authorized bank branches by generating Chalan Form from the website or by using the payment gateway available on HUDA’ portal. Besides earnest money, a charge of Rs. 500/- also be submitted at the time of payment which is non-refundable.

Salient Features of HUDA Pehowa Plot Scheme 2016:
- Residential plots in well planned Urban Estate with provision of quality infrastructure and public utility services.
- Allotment of plots shall be through draw of lots.
- Higher FAR of 1.98 in case of plots of 4,6,8 and 10 marla category and 1.80 for 14 marla and 1 kanal category available on these plots.
- Only 10% of the total tentative cost is payable with application, 15% within 30 days of issue of allotment letter. Remaining 75% cost of plots is also payable in lump-sum within 60 days of issue of allotment letter.
- The successful allottee may take loan for financing from State Bank of India, Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited UBI, ICICI and Yes Bank or any other banks/financial institution.
- Interest @ 5.5% per annum on the amount of earnest money for the period beyond six months of the closing of the scheme shall be paid by HUDA, if the draw is not held and subsequently earnest money is not refunded within a period of six months from the date of closing of the scheme.
- An individual, who has ever been allotted a plot by HUDA in Mandi Township/Urban Estate, Pehowa shall not be entitled to apply under this scheme.
- Application can be submitted online only on HUDA website. Payment of earnest money can either be made online using the payment gateway or the earnest money can be deposited in the authorized Banks by generating the Challan Form from the HUDA website. Non-refundable charges of `500/- (Five hundred only) shall also have to be deposited alongwith the earnest money.
- Applicant applying under reserved category must be a domicile of Haryana.
