UIT Bhilwara Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana-2015: Urban Improvement Trust Bhilwara invites application from economical weaker section and lower income group for the allotment of houses in Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana-2015 launched by state government of Rajasthan.
Under MMJAY, total 892 flats are available for allotment of which, 604 are meant for Economical weaker section and remaining 288 units are available for lower income group of the society.
The registration for the scheme has been started from 9 May 2016 and last date for buying an application form for the scheme is 8 June 2016, however the dully filled application form for the scheme can be submitted on or before 15 June 2016.
The build-up area of EWS unit available in UIT Bhilwara Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana-2015 is around 325 square feet while the LIG unit comes in the build-up area of 500 square feet.
Under the MMJAY EWS & LIG unit is available in the estimated cost of Rs. 3,90,840/- and Rs. 6,00,300/- respectively.

Procedure to Apply for UIT Bhilwara MMJAY 2015:
Applications for the scheme are being offered through both online and offline mode of registrations. Interested applicants can apply for the scheme through any mode according to their convenience. For offline registration, the application forms are available in the authorized bank branches at the cost of Rs. 300/- and the online registration can be done by using the official website of UIT Bhilwara at www.uitbhilwara.rajasthan.gov.in.
Completed filled application form in all respect to be submitted in the same bank branches along with the registration amount within the registration period.

- Applicant should be a resident of Rajasthan however, the person living in India can also apply for the scheme, but the priority will be given to the resident of Rajasthan.
- Person who is applying for the scheme should complete the age of 18 years.
- The annual income of EWS applicant should be less than Rs. 1,20,000/- and the annual income of LIG applicant should be in between Rs. 1,20,000/- to Rs. 1,80,000/-.
