LDA Kritika & Swati Apartments New Flat Scheme 2016 for EWS & LIG

Lucknow Development Authority launched two new housing schemes 2016 named as LDA Kritika Apartment and Swati Apartments for the allotment of flats. Bothe the scheme are located at the prime location of Sultanpur Road, Lucknow.

Total 864 flats are available in the new housing schemes for economical weaker section and lower income group, of which 352 EWS flats are located in Kritika Apartments and remaining 512 flats are available LIG in Swati apartments.

HPDA Anand Vihar Housing Scheme 2016 for EWS and LIG

HPDA Anand Vihar Housing Scheme 2016: Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority has come up with a new housing scheme for economical weaker section and lower income group of the society. The scheme is named as HPDA Anand Vihar Awasiya Yojana which is launched under Samajwadi Awas Yojana.

Under the scheme, total 430 flats are being offered by the authority for EWS and LIG category for allotment. The estimated size of EWS flat is around 27.22 square meter while the LIG unit is available in the size of 35.86 square meter. The estimated cost of EWS and LIG unit is Rs. 5,18,000/- and Rs. 9,74,000/- respectively.

The registration for the scheme has been started from 11 July 2016 and the last date application form submission is 10 August 2016. The registration and applications for the scheme can only be filled through offline mode and the application form is available in the bank branches and the list of bank branches is mentioned in the scheme advertisement. It can also be downloaded from the official website of HPDA at www.hpdaonline.com. The cost of application form is Rs. 500/-.
